Data centers are filled with servers, which are like bulked-up desktop computers, minus screens and keyboards, that contain chips to process data. They are there to make sure that the cloud runs efficiently and consistently.

This video highlights the measures that are taken to ensure that the system runs effectively. But what effect do these measures have on the environment? Can e-billing really be more environmentally friendly than paper bills, for instance?
