Making Print Digital in a Mobile World
Is it possible to link Print, in all its forms, to a mobile marketing campaign where the objective is to start a long-term relationship between the brand and the consumer, using the most important communication device ever created?
Yes. Marketers need print because it works. We can make print integral to every digital marketing campaign going if we get ourselves educated, tooled-up and able to put across a compelling value proposition.
Peter Lancaster, CEO of Documobi, will talk about how to make print digital in a mobile world with QR codes, augmented reality and iPR™ (intelligent print recognition) - and what this means for Brands and their Service Providers.
Peter Lancaster, CEO Documobi Ltd, is an entrepreneurial digital imaging and print e-commerce professional with a proven track record of success and global recognition. He is a specialist in strategy, implementation and marketing of new technologies for the Digital Imaging and Printing industry.
Working with mobile, any print can now be made interactive through iPR™ intelligent Print Recognition technology and conditional logic driven response mechanisms, adding value to the printed piece.
Lancaster served as Managing Director of St Ives Graphic Media, the digital division of Europe’s largest printing business. He was also MD of Grasmere Digital Imaging, where he launched Europe’s first Web-to-Print system. He was employee No. 7 for Indigo in the UK and before that, an early member of the Scitex team.
