Turning Ink to sound. Paper as a loudspeaker.
So now, the tech guys present you with a technology that converts ink to sound.
Printed paper is connected to an audio amplifier to give us a
considerably loud sound. The researchers claim that the frequency
response and the sound quality are very good. The Institute for Print and Media Technology of Chemnitz University of
Technology (pmTUC) has published research about ‘Printer Loudspeakers’; a
revolutionary technology made possible using flexography.
